My name is Chris Pilling and I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist living and working on the Isle of Wight.

I also provide Mindful Awareness training to individual and group clients who feel they need to be more settled and present in their lives.

For over seventy years, Gestalt Therapy has helped people from all walks of life deal with many different types of mental health issues, including:

Gestalt therapists work with you as a whole person. Not just bits of you. We take into account your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, physical sensations, and dreams. The focus is on how the various parts of you, as a person, fit together, and how you interact with the people and the world you encounter.
